I know I know, blatant, blatant, blatant, but I figure if you want to support diaryland then you have to support everything that diaryland and those powers that be do so that diaryland, in and of itself doesn't have to increase their prices for our gold memberships. Its purely self serving. So if you go and sign up, tell em andrewhobbs sentcha!

SO I went to school yesterday like a good student, like the good student that I am. We endured, barely health psychology, was somewhat fascinated by Astronomy, was completely confounded by Linguistics, so much so that we walked out of class and dropped it immediately, and enjoyed somewhat journalism. It made for a long day though as we were up before the sun cracked the horizon. SOme interesting notes for those of you who don't have the jouyous opportunity to trek down I35 to Denton every morning. 13 miles from my house is the porn store open 24 hours for all your pornographic needs. I might have mentioned the porn store many many moons ago in another time and place when the scooby gang (yes I know I stole it from Buffy, but it seems so apropos) anyway we were all going out to some supposed haunted place, I forget the name and it turned out to be nothing but a burned out water tower of sorts, but afterwards they wanted to go to "pornopolis" as they called it, and so we pull into the parking lot and I am determined not to venture into that den of iniquity, but as Jenni and Michael venture in, I try my damnedest to throw Chris in there after them. That boy is a lot stronger that he looks. Suffice to say we just made a spectacle of ourselves outside the porn store. Anyway, its that porn store

Then at about mile 18 or so we pass a very sad and ugly dead tree that is barely clinging to life on the ridge above the freeway. We pass Texas Motor SpeedWay and Alliance Airport and after that, is a dully 20 miles to school. Derek has said on various occasions how he hates the ride up there and just making it twice, Tuesday as you recall we had to make a hasty trip up there to get a temp loan and all, it is a very monotonous trip. But all you UNT folk know that, huh.

What else to say. It was so m#%*^&#)*%cking cold yesterday. Oh MY GOD. I fully intended to by a leather jacket yesterday. Alas the one I wanted was gone. I mean I had the money spent in my head. But no, instead I just go my haircut and wandered aimlessly about the mall till boredom truly set in and I ventured home in the cold cold cold cold cold evening air.

My mother brought my nephew by to see me. Actually I think he was driving her nuts over the Yu Gi Oh cards that I bought him and he hadn't gotten yet. He proceeded to rummage through my house, attempt to play a game of Yu Gi Oh duel, put in Toy Story 2 and while it played in the back ground he felt compelled to jump from the back of the couch onto my back as many times as he possibly could.

They left, Wade and Paige came by, we went to Soup or Salad and had soup and salad till I felt like I was going to explode, I was miserable, went to Best Buy and I found something that I really wanted but decided I would be a good shopper and not spend my money even though I was "this close" to spending it on a leather jacket. But it was really cool and after all the crap that I downloaded today from Kazaa, I need it now. I'm sure you've seen them. They're those portable hard drives that fit in your shirt pocket and hold 20 G of memory, which by the way is more than this piece of crap laptop that I'm typing at this very moment. But still, 20G! But I held strong. Paige spent @ $78 ON dvds and a cd, well about * of it was Wade's as they bought a combo pack that had Titan A E and Planet of the Apes together. Me I spent nothing. Good shopper!

Then I came home, even though they were wanting to watch a movie, but as you recall I was waiting for the pending explosion that was my stomach and the idea of getting all that food stuff all over everything at a movie theatre I declined. I think they decided against a movie anyway. Paigey had to work this morning. Poor girl. She isn't a morning person AT ALL! :) Neither is Wade, by the way. I know this comes as a great surprise to you people, but its true.

Anyway, other than that, nothing much happened yesterday.

I have to go to work in 3 hours. You know how that makes me feel. I haven't been selling Preferred Reader cards at all. I mean I have been struggling like nobody else. Its like beating turnips for ice cream, you just can't do it. And if you can, there's definately something wrong with you. beating the turnips for ice cream, not selling PR cards. Suffice to say, I need to sell some, my % is dwindling, horribly.

I guess that's it for today. I know, I know. but fret not, all is well. Now go on and visit that swappington's place. Go on now!
