So I just had teh best tasting ice cream I have had in a very long time. I have to say Ben & Jerry must have some sort of agreement with teh devil. Well not really, but Phish ice cream is sinful stuff. And eating a pint of it, in and of itself, was pretty much heaven. So it was something of a dichotamous experience.

THe weather has been pretty disgusting round these here parts. rain, cold wet dreary ugly weather that certainly makes for some good indoor time with a good book, a big pot of stew (just made some) and well ice cream to top it all off. Not only that but I had a full hour of Firends to laugh my ass off at. It was swell, really it was.

I've been reading some of my favorite diaries today too. SOme of them make me so sad. Only because they don't see their own potential. They always want to see things in such a negative light. They don't think they are good people. they don't think that they deserve the happiness that everyone has. They think they deserve the unhappiness that they are feeling. But its not true. Everyone deserves happiness, whether they believe it or not. I say strive for all the happiness that you want, that you need, that we all deserve.

Yuo know there is something about old churches, the huge churches that reach to the heavens with their roofs. The cathedral in Antwerp Belgium, was so aw inspring, so beautiful, one might imagine God in residence because of the fantastical Inspired by God. Truth is he is in every church, in all things.

Does God want things of us? OR want them for us? I can't imagine him wanting things of us, as he knows all that we are going to do. So how can he want things of us. He can want things for us, want us to know him and to love him and to cherish him to know that he loves us. Sometimes even tv can open a persons eyes a little to the grace of God
